Conclusion

The topics that were discussed in this class are nothing new. These are issues that we face in our everyday culture from mostly everyone. The media has taught us what it wants and to let us follow along because why question it? We are merely sheep playing along. Each and everyone of us needs to be the next person to change your own view and try to educate others to do the same. Body image, normalizing violence, femininity, masculinity, and growing up in the binary are all things we have experienced and will continue to face throughout out the rest of time until we get a handle on on things and how we discuss them! There are always more than society teaches us. It’s up to you to continue to educate yourself on each of these subjects to stay informed. I hope that the information that I gave helps spark some further interest into each of these subjects and hope you gained some knowledgable insight!
